The Fall 2008 Pastoral Conference was held at Mt. Hope Lutheran Church in Casper (October 6th - 8th).  We were privileged to have as our main speaker, Rev. Dr. Thomas Winger of Concordia Lutheran Theological Seminary in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada.
